DOMESTIC ORDERS

Products purchased online from Pelizzari website are eligible for free shipping within Australia using the Express Post service (Australia Post). You will be provided with a tracking number on dispatch of your order.

From the moment the order leaves our workshop, the following delivery time frames should apply. Please note those time frames are at discretion of Australia Post, please check their website (www.auspost.com.au) for full details:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, and Adelaide): next business day
  • Regional areas: 3 – 7 business days

Please note production time is not included in the shipping time frames above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you are an international customer please email us at ivan@pelizzari.com.au and we will look into a custom shipping quote for you.

We are happy to ship internationally, either via Standard Australia Post or Express Australia Post. Packages are registered and trackable, you will be provided a tracking number on dispatch of your order.  Please note that any shipping costs and surcharges, taxes, duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All international packages are shipped to the address provided and will require a signature on receipt of the package. This way we can both ensure your jewellery arrives to you safely. The jewellery will not be insured.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS SOLD ONLINE

We will supply to you the products shown on your order confirmation.
Products may not be available for immediate delivery but we will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible. All our pieces are handcrafted and production time may vary depending on the piece and the time of the year (Christmas season is our peak time).

If you need your order by a specific date, please make us aware prior to ordering.

All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. All items are sent with Australian Express Post with signature on delivery which will have a tracking number and proof of delivery. In the instance where you are unable to take delivery of your items in person or if you have not received them within a reasonable period, please contact us for further assistance.

When buying online, you have the option to collect your order from Pelizzari workshop located: Level 1, Suite 108, 147 King Street, Sydney, NSW, 2007.

Upon completion of payment we will send you an email confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready for pick up. Please be reminded that the person who placed the order may collect the item and will be required to provide the credit card/PayPal receipt used to purchase, a valid ID and a copy of your order confirmation.
